BY COMPLETING THE BOOKING FORM AND SENDING PAYMENT YOU AGREE TO ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A completed booking form and full payment will guarantee your place for which you will receive a written receipt. (Please, no posted dated cheques.)
It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure that all items brought to any fairs or events are as described and from a legitimate source. The organisers accept no responsibility for stock brought to any fair or event.
Each stallholder shall absolve the fair organiser and the owner/owners of the venue of all liability for all/any claims arising from damage to property or stock or injury to person or persons and for all losses however caused.
It is the responsibility of all stallholders to ensure that they carry adequate insurance/licenses to cover all eventualities. The fair organiser or their insurers do not accept responsibility for any loss whatsoever incurred during the whole period of the event/fair by theft or otherwise. Stallholders must ensure that they and their employees are fully insured against all necessary risks including loss of stock and public liability.
Any electrical equipment must comply with relevant legislation, electrical items used at the fair or event or sold must have an up to date PAT label attached with an I.D code, the status of the equipment (pass or fail) the date of the PAT test and the re-test period or re-test date.

It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure that all items are set up safely and securely to prevent injury to anyone attending either as a stallholder or member of the public at any event or fair. Packing boxes and excess stock should be stored under the table and hidden from view by a long table cloth. If you have too much excess stock you will be asked to put this in your car. It is the stallholder’s responsibility to check that any table/stand or any other equipment provided is erected securely. Table sizes may vary.
The doors close to the public at the given time for each event. For safety, and Etiquette stalls should not start packing up or prepare to leave before the closing time of the event. If you need to leave early, please inform the Organisers in advance.
Stock brought to any fair or event is the sole responsibility of the stallholders. Stock left at any fairs, is left at their own risk, including overnight, and at fairs which are more than one day.
Stallholders are responsible for the disposal of their own rubbish and spillages must be dealt with immediately.
All payments are non-refundable, should you need to cancel. In certain circumstances your fee may be transferred to the next available fair. Stalls are booked on a first come first served basis and product exclusivity may not be possible. We reserve the right to refuse any stall and return your payment for any reason.
